details about deals with Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The
documents are partly in English, Russian and Chinese. One
document, obtained from the Chinese foreign office in Minsk
indicates relations between the notorious Russian mob boss
Marat Balagula and high ranking Ukrainian politicians.

What "Russian mob boss" is supposed to mean here?
I never heard this 'notorious' name before, so I have just
used internet search engines to learn the fact that the
person is a Jew who migrated from the USSR to the US in 1977
under guise of Soviet oppression against the Jews, and then,
while in the US, managed to become a criminal gangster mafia
boss in Brooklyn.

In most cases, when there's some "Russian mafia" person in
the American / Atlanticist context, it turns out something
similar to the above.

yeah well if it's unconfirmed material, might as well have been
completely fabricated like "the dossier" with respect to Trump... [which
we all know is completely fake]
